Thank you for choosing SournSweet Organic Foods! We hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, returns are available for a full refund or store credit. Review our return policy below for details.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of purchase. Items should be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email Customer Service at sournsweetorganic.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and send to:

*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund. Allow seven (7) days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Confirmation will be sent by email.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact Customer Service at sournsweetorganic.com for further instructions.
All exchanged items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
